When I say 100% satisfaction, I mean it. This is a phrase that is lazily thrown around to garner support. Here’s what I mean, you do not pay until you are happy. Further still, if we cannot correct an issue at hand, I will pay a competitor of your choosing to fix the problem. 100% satisfaction, 100% of the time to every customer.

We are a uniformed company. We have wrapped trucks. We utilize cones and street barriers to ensure OSHA and local regulations are followed. We have professional equipment that is consistently and impeccably maintained for efficiency and quality. We are going to tape and cover all electrical receptacles, outlets, and stained doors. Your property will receive a thorough walk-through prior to beginning any work to document any prior damage. We will clean up any debris or wash any remaining solutions free from the property. Finally, when we are finished the crew leader will complete a 7-point checklist to ensure that quality and satisfaction were absolutely thorough.

What’s the last item on the check-off list?

“Is the client’s gate locked and secured?” Please indicate YES!
